More about Frank Burbach

Uniquely experienced chartered consultant clinical psychologist with a track record of innovation, leadership, and management across multiple healthcare settings at local, regional and national levels.

Pioneered training programs and clinical services, published widely, and contributed to national expert reference groups. 

Recognized as someone who is skilled at developing systems and inspiring teams.

 

  • National and global experience in the private healthcare sector. 
  • 30 years’ experience in the NHS, including secondment to NHS England & national leadership roles. 
  • Head of Clinical Services at the largest provider of digital mental health care to NHS CAMHS.  
  • Lead for research and development (UK and US) in a digital start-up company.

 

My initial training as a Clinical Psychologist, further specialisations, especially in systemic psychotherapy, and experience of successful NHS and private sector innovation, leadership, management and training have provided me with a range of skills, knowledge and insights that will be of benefit to a range of businesses and organisations. 

I enable and advise innovative mental health service providers who are reimagining the delivery of psychological interventions and support, especially those that leverage the power of support networks and wider systems. 

I also facilitate mission-driven Commercial, Social Impact & Nonprofit Companies who wish to incorporate psychological principles and knowledge to deliver a more holistic product or service.

I collaborate with organisations at all stages of their development but especially with start-ups, where my experience and hands-on support and guidance is likely to have the most impact. 

I also partner with the providers of innovative mental health services and products to maximise their impact and reach.
